Even with some mobility issues, I am able to get safe exercise into my week; staying in my seat moving my arms and feet, with Barbara’s classes! Every week, I think, “I don’t want to attend”, but then once we start, I am so glad I did. I feel so much better mentally and know I am doing something positive for my body. Barbara, has many movement variations, so I am able to keep going; if one way doesn’t work that day, there’s another way to do it.
